Full-Size Desserts
Bread Pudding - sweet pastry dough soaked in vanilla custard and desired flavor, topped with Chantilly cream (flavors: vanilla custard, butter pecan, amaretto, white chocolate cherry, rum raisin)
Cannoli - crunch shell filled with sweetened ricotta, chocolate and almonds, then garnished with chocolate shavings on the ends and dusted with powdered sugar
Éclair - choux pastry filled with vanilla pastry cream, dipped in chocolate and drizzled with white chocolate
Fruit Tart (4” or 8” round or 1/4 sheet) - sucrée shell filled with vanilla pastry cream and topped with a variety of fresh fruit

Chocolate - chocolate cake layered with chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate glaze and Chantilly cream (can also be made as a full-size 6” or 8” cake)
Chocolate Peanut Butter - chocolate cake with a layer of peanut butter mousse and a layer of milk chocolate mousse, coated in chocolate
Salted Caramel - chocolate cake layered with salted caramel-milk chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate glaze and salted caramel sauce
Tiramisu - espresso-soaked lady fingers layered with sweetened mascarpone, blended with Marsala and topped with Chantilly cream (can also be made as a full-size 6” or 8” cake)
Triple Chocolate - chocolate cake layered with milk chocolate mousse and white chocolate mousse, topped with chocolate glaze and Chantilly cream
White Chocolate Raspberry Mousse - white cake layered with raspberry filling and white chocolate mousse, topped with Chantilly cream
Coconut (April-May) - white cake layered with coconut mousse and topped with Chantilly cream
Orange Pineapple (April-August) - lady fingers soaked in triple sec, layered with mousse, pineapple and mandarin oranges and topped with Chantilly cream

Cheesecakes and Flourless Cakes
Our rich, creamy New York-style cheesecake is baked on a buttery graham cracker crust and topped with fresh fruit, cherries or lemon curd. Other varieties include chocolate and turtle (caramel, chocolate and pecans) baked on a chocolate Oreo crust, as well as seasonal flavors.
